DESCRIPTION OF OUR LESSONS
Dance and Stretching with us
In our group we dance modern styles such as:
-Contemporary
-Jazz-Funk
-Vogue
-Waacking
-Hip Hop
We dance all of them in one group and every month we change our style. It helps to know more and be able to dance with different music and evolve body control. It is more fun to learn different dance styles without always changing your group and your teacher, and stay with people you used to dance.
The first hour of our lessons is always for dance activities and the second hour is for stretching. Stretching can help improve flexibility, and, consequently, range of motion about your joints which would be very good for your dancing.
But if you don't interesting in stretching, or if your body is already flexible enough, you can go only for dance.
Make or Female, doesn't matter! We are open to men and women and we exercising all together without separating our group by gender.
Age: not less then 12.
